Can I eat “real” food or do I have to purchase prepared meals?

Liveitwell™ is about eating “real” food. There are no prepared meals that need to be specially purchased.

How long do I need to stay on this program?

Liveitwell™ is a six-week program designed for you to learn about feeding your body healthy choices on a regular basis and incorporating regular exercise into your life. The six weeks are a learning period, establishing new habits that will become a part of your life.

Do I only eat three meals a day, and do I give up snacking?

You eat three meals a day, but you also can snack two to three times a day.

Am I given a food plan to follow?

Yes, you are given a food plan to follow. The liveitwell™ program includes a two-step food plan that is dependent upon your goals and progress.

Is this a low carb/high protein diet?

Liveitwell™ is not a diet. Liveitwell™ is a nutrition plan that will feed your body, while enabling you to lose weight and get healthier. You will eat healthy carbs and lean protein choices to nourish your body!

How is liveitwell™ different from any other program?

Foods from the liveitwell™ plan feed your body, while processed, synthetic foods do not. Your body begins to transform when you eat whole, living foods.

How much weight could I lose?

Each individual is different. Normal expected weight loss is one to two pounds/week; however, you may lose more. The key to lasting weight loss is readiness and consistency.

Are there easy helpful recipes included?

Yes, the liveitwell™ plan includes tried-and-true recipes from the kitchen of Sue Jordan, the founder of liveitwell™, and some of her clients.

Can I still dine out while on liveitwell™?

Yes, of course you can. Remember, this is not a diet, but a lifestyle. We want you to “liveitwell™” each and every day!

Do I have to exercise on this plan?

Do you want to liveitwell™? Yes, an entire segment is devoted to exercise, and you will be able to proceed at your own level! Exercise increases your metabolism, improves heart-health, and reduces stress.
